Once we determine the need to extract your wisdom teeth, after having viewed your x-rays for the type of impaction. We administer the local anaesthetic and perform dental surgery as explained. Once the numbness is tested to be working, gum tissue covering the tooth is uncovered and surrounding bone may need partial removal to facilitate extraction of the wisdom tooth. Once the tooth removal is completed the gum tissue is secured by sutures and post operative home care instructions are given.
